About Us
Taga Urbanic is a Development Group that specializes in the Portuguese Real Estate Market. Our expertise lies in the development and management of residential real estate projects. Throughout the last four decades, our group and its owners have successfully developed thousands of units across multiple projects in the USA, England, Germany, and Israel.
In 2018, we began our operations in Portugal, and within a short period of time, we have become one of the most significant real estate groups in northern Portugal. Currently, we are focusing our efforts on expanding our activities throughout the country.
Throughout our years of operation, we have diligently upheld the core values that were defined when the company was founded. These values include maintaining construction quality, ensuring reliability, upholding professional integrity, fostering creativity, and providing full value to our customers.

Ventura+ Partners is a company dedicated to the development of architecture, urbanism, and design projects, founded in 1994 by Manuel Ventura.
Over the last 29 years, it has been developing projects of different scales and in the most diverse architecture segments, such as business, residential, hospital, industrial, health, commercial, renovation, and urban space.
Combining solid experience with research and continuous innovation, its mission is to improve people’s lives through architecture, creating integrated and sustainable solutions that allow meaningful interactions between them and the space that surrounds them.
With offices in Portugal, the United States of America, Spain, and France, and projects in more than a dozen countries, V+P currently employs around 150 people worldwide.
Manuel Ventura, Ventura + Parners
DST is an engineering and construction company founded in the 1940s by Domingos da Silva Teixeira.
It presents integrated and innovative solutions for major global challenges in various specialties: industry, commerce, building, urbanization, water and solid waste treatment plants, water collection and distribution systems, sanitation systems, irrigation systems, gas pipelines, hydro plants, solar photovoltaic parks, wind farms, telecommunications networks, electrification, railroads, highways, among others.
It has two industrial complexes, one in Braga, at the headquarters of the group it integrates, the dstgroup, and another in Seixal. To support and respond to the demands of the international market, it has two branches, one in France and the other in Angola.
With more than 600 employees, it assumes its business vision to be recognizably fair and to drive trends in the poetics of building the future.
